Delicious custard teamed up with digestive biscuits for a creamy dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk powder (Nido)
  • 3 cups Water (Room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp All purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs (Small. 1 Egg if they’re big)
  • 1 Pkt Digestive Biscuits

Instructions

  1. Lay your digestive cookies onto a glass pan
  2. In a bowl, add flour, sugar & milk powder
  3. Add the egg and water then whisk well to remove any lumps
  4. Pour mix into a large pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly
  5. Once mixture has thickened. Pour over the biscuits
  6. Cover the top with grease-proof paper or cling film and put in the fridge to cool
