In a bowl, add all the minced meat, curry powder, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and lemon juice.
Cover and set aside to marinate for 30 min.
In the mean time, lets make the cups.
Preheat your oven at 200ºc
Grab a muffin tin and lightly brush a little oil or melted butter
Cut the samosa wraps into small squares
Dip the cut piece in water, and brush a little oil or melted butter onto the samosa wrap.
This makes it crispy without being too dry.
Line each segment of the muffin tin with a samosa wrapper
Bake in a 200ºc oven for 12 min
Add 1 tbsp oil into a thick bottomed pan. Add the marinated minced meat and sauté until the meat separates and browns slightly.
Next add in the chopped onions and cook-constantly stirring until the onions are translucent in colour.
Add the lemon juice followed by chopped coriander. Mix well and cook for a further 5 min.
Set aside to cool.
Assembly time
Take a little of the minced meat mixture and add if to each cup.
Garnish with a small lemon wedge and coriander.
