Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews overnight
  • Strain to remove the water they soaked in
  • In a blender, add the cashews and water
  • Blend until smooth with no lumps

No need to strain. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate for 2-3 days
