Milk and dairy products are an important component is our human diet. Due to how frequently milk is consumed, there’s a reasonable cause for concern with the rise in synthetic hormones & antibiotics administered to cows today. It’s no wonder that a lot of people, myself included are turning to nut milks. While i haven’t completely given up on Dairy, my consumption of it has dramatically reduced. Luckily there’s a plethora of non-dairy options out there today but at a hefty price. There’s no doubt that home-made is always better, no preservatives needed and at a fraction of the cost you can enjoy a glass of nut-milk.
Today, i’ll be showing you how to make 3 Nut-Milk options namely, Cashew, Almond and coconut. To make most Nut milks, your only hinderance is your imagination, the process remains the same.
Lets dive right into it and make some milk!
