Pancakes
- 1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Coconut butter cream
- 3 tbsp Butter room temperature
- 2 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 1 tsp water
- I highly recommend a good non-stick pan because adding butter to the pan tends to change the texture of the pancake.
- Another thing you need to look out for is temperature - you don't want your pan too hot.
- If you would like, you can add vanilla essence to the batter - i personally don't think its necessary
