Quick Kebabs

pre soaked in water for 20 min if you want to grill the kebabs on coal
Ingredients
For this recipe you will need:
1 1/2
onion
1
tbsp
spanish paprika
1
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
chilli flakes
1
tsp
onion powder
optional
1
tsp
ground turmeric
2
tsp
cumin powder
5
cloves
garlic
1/2
inch
ginger
Handfull coriander
500
gms minced meat
2
tsp
salt
Butter to brush on kebabs
Instructions
If you have a food processor then your life will be so much easier.
Peel and quarter your onion then add it to your food processor along with the ginger and garlic.
Pulse it a few times until the onion, ginger and garlic is finely diced.
Next in goes the coriander, don't be scared to use the stalks as they are full of flavour. Pulse once
Minced meat is next in line, add it in and pulse it a few times.
Lastly, add all the spices and give it one final pulse. We are almost there!
Grab a cooling rack and a baking tray, this makes the kebabs cook evenly and avoids too much oven clean up after.
Take a handfull of the meat mixture and smoosh it onto a skewer. Heres a

Bake at 200Âșc for 15 - 20 min turn halfway (
