In a pan, sauté the onion for 2 min
Add the bell pepper, garlic and chilli. cook this on medium flame for 2 more min
Next, add the canned tomato and tomato paste followed by the cumin, paprika, sugar.
Let the tomato base cook until the oil starts to separate (the mixture will thicken thats how you know you are ready for the next step)
Sprinkle in the salt
Make a well in the gravy and add an egg. Repeat until you use up all the eggs. Cover and cook for 8 min
Garnish with coriander
