GARLIC PILI PILI PRAWNS | QUICK AND EASY

My daughter and i are suckers for prawns! We love all things prawns so naturally, this tutorial had to be made and we had no qualms tasting the end product. Our choice of sides to this was chapati, a prawn rolled in it then dunked into the sauce and we were in business. We both closed our eyes after the first bite, and with good reason – It was delicious!

Garlic pili pili prawns

This prawn recipe is bursting with flavour! Garlic, lemon with a kick from chilli… its the perfect combo!

  • 1 medium Onion (slices)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
  • 3 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp spanish paprika (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (ground)
  • 1 tsp Cumin (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 Fresh Chilli (chopped)
  • 1/2 kg Cleaned & de veined prawns
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp Salt
