When you are trying to juggle 1000 things it helps to simplify life where you can. For me, its having my go to recipes and sticking to them πŸ™‚ The kids have been home for 6 months now and you know what I’ve learnt? Man, these kids can EAT! Is this the secret to ending food battles forever? Keep the kids home?

Well, because of how ravenous they have been, I find myself making dips a lot more. Especially the creamy one that is great with crispy veggies like carrots and sweet peppers. Need another reason to make both dips? Boil some pasta and mix in any of these dips and you have a whole meal! Simplify your lives!
