I am what you may call a Naan expert. I love when Naan is incredibly soft and full of flavour. It just completes every meal a great curry or any grilled meat. I have experimented for years trying to get great Naan bread without a Tandoor because lets face it, unless you’re uber cool, you probably don’t have one lying around in your backyard. I certainly don’t and thats fine being cool was never my forte.
So, without dragging this on lets jump straight to it

What do you love with your Naan bread?
You use sugar in the video but their is no sugar in your list of contents ??
3 cups Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk warm
1 Egg
3 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
1/3 cup water
Instructions
In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, instant yeast, salt, vegetable oil, milk, egg, yoghurt and half the water

Should just say – use the bread machine just to mix the dough. Cook them in the normal way!
